WORKS CONTRACT
This Works Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered on 01-06-2026 at Chennai, BY AND BETWEEN
INTERIORWORKZ.COM represented by PVP INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 1078/A 19th main road Thendral Colony, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600040 (hereinafter referred to as Interiorworkz.com which expression shall, where the context admits, include its successors and permitted assigns), of the ONE PART
AND
Mr. residing at No. Fat no 2-C,2nd floor Tulive Grandezza Koyambedu, Chennai 600107, Tamil Nadu State, here a referred to as the customer, which expression shall, where context admits, include its successors and permitted assigns) representatives, executors and administrators, of the OTHER PART.
Interiorworkz.com and the Customer are individually referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
WHEREAS
- ENGAGEMENT
- The Customer hereby engages Interiorworkz.com to provide end-to-end home interior design and execution services, including design, material supply, manufacturing, and installation, as per the specifications set out in the Customer Order Form / Quotation agreed between the Parties.
This Agreement, along with all its terms and conditions, shall also apply to any additional orders (“Sub-Orders”) placed by the Customer during the project execution or after project handover. The main quotation is attached as Annexure E to this Agreement.
For the purpose of clarity, a “Sub-Order” refers to any additional work, modification, or service requested by the Customer beyond the scope of the main quotation. Any such Sub-Order may impact the overall project cost and timeline.
- The Customer agrees to pay an initial booking amount to Interiorworkz.com based on the preliminary quotation provided. This booking confirms the Customer’s intent to proceed with the project.
However, the final scope of work, design specifications, materials, and total project cost shall be governed strictly by the final Quotation attached to this Agreement.
- com shall execute and deliver the project strictly in accordance with the scope of work defined in the final Quotation (Annexure E), at the location specified by the Customer.
The services shall include complete design-to-delivery solutions, covering all agreed interior works such as modular units, furniture, false ceiling, electrical, and related interior components.
- The location where the work is to be carried out, as provided and permitted by the Customer, shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Customer’s Site” or “Site.”
The Customer shall ensure that the Site is ready, accessible, and free from any legal or physical restrictions for uninterrupted execution of the work.
- PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Total Project Price
In consideration of the services provided by Interiorworkz.com, the Customer agrees to pay the total project cost (“Price”) as specified in the final Quotation (Annexure E).
The Price is inclusive of applicable taxes and duties unless stated otherwise. The Price may include multiple components such as:
- Woodwork (modular units, wardrobes, kitchen, etc.)
- Non-woodwork (civil work, electrical, false ceiling, appliances, home décor services, etc.)

2.2 Mode of Payment
All payments shall be made through:
- Cheque
- Demand Draft
- Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
Cash payments are permitted only up to ₹10,000, as per applicable laws.
Interiorworkz.com may request PAN details for compliance if required, and the Customer agrees to provide the same without delay.
All payments shall be considered valid only upon confirmation via official email from Interiorworkz.com.
2.3 Payment Commitment
Interiorworkz.com shall have the right to suspend work without notice in case of payment default.
All services, production, and delivery timelines are strictly subject to the Customer adhering to the above payment schedule.
2.4 Delays in Payment
Interiorworkz.com shall not be responsible for any delays in execution arising due to delayed payments.
In case of delay in the Final Instalment, the Customer shall be liable to pay a demurrage charge of ₹500 per day, calculated from the
second day after the due date until full payment is received.
- TAXES
- Each Party shall be responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws, including GST, duties, levies, and other statutory charges.
- Payments may be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per applicable law.
- The deducting Party shall provide necessary certificates for tax credit claims.
- com services fall under Works Contract Services – Interior Solutions (SAC Code: 995476).
GST shall be applicable on each instalment and invoices will be issued accordingly. - The Customer’s name provided at the time of booking must match official KYC documents.
No changes will be permitted after booking. - Any refunds (if applicable) shall be processed only to the Customer’s registered bank account.
- DELIVERY & TIMELINE
Interiorworkz.com shall make all reasonable efforts to complete and deliver the project on or before the estimated delivery date mentioned in the Quotation.
4.1 Project Timeline Start (“All-Set-Go”)
The project timeline shall commence only after the following conditions are fulfilled:
- Final Design Approval
Both Customer and Interiorworkz.com approve the designs, specifications, and materials. - Payment Clearance
All due payments are made as per the milestone schedule and confirmed via email. - Site Readiness
The Customer hands over the Site in a condition ready for execution, as per the Site Readiness Checklist (Annexure A).
4.2 Delivery Commitment
The Delivery Timeline (e.g., 45 Days Move-in Guarantee) will be calculated from the “All-Set-Go” date.
Any delays caused due to:
- Pending payments
- Design changes
- Site issues
will result in a revised timeline, and Interiorworkz.com shall not be held liable for such delays.
- DELIVERY TIME GUARANTEE
5.1 Applicable Delivery Commitment
Based on the project scope and subject to achieving the “All-Set-Go” condition, the Customer shall be eligible for one of the following
delivery commitments:
- 45 Days Delivery Guarantee
- 45 + 10 Days Delivery Guarantee (including contingency period)
- Estimated Timeline Commitment (for complex or customized projects)
The applicable delivery category shall be clearly defined in Annexure D (Delivery Time Guarantee).
- Eligibility for Compensation
- In cases falling under 45 Days or 45 + 10 Days Delivery Guarantee, the Customer shall be eligible for compensation in the event of delay, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
- For projects under Estimated Timeline Commitment, the delivery timeline is indicative only, and no compensation shall be applicable for delays.
5.3 Compensation for Delay
In the event of a material delay attributable solely to Interiorworkz.com under the guaranteed timelines:
- Interiorworkz.com shall pay ₹1,000 per day as compensation for each day of delay.
- The maximum compensation shall be limited to the value of the delayed scope/items.
This compensation shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Customer for such delay.
5.4 Exclusions (No Liability for Delay)
Interiorworkz.com shall not be liable for any delay arising due to:
- Delay in payments by the Customer
- Changes in design, scope, or materials
- Site readiness issues or restricted access
- Delays caused by third-party vendors or approvals
- Force Majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)
5.5 Dispatch & Installation
Interiorworkz.com shall initiate dispatch of materials for installation at the Customer’s Site only after:
- Issuance of the “Ready to Dispatch” email, and
- Receipt and approval of the Final Instalment (100% payment clearance)
5.6 Delay in Acceptance by Customer
If the Customer fails to accept delivery or provide access to the Site within 15 days from the scheduled dispatch date:
- A storage charge of ₹500 per day shall be applicable from the 16th day onwards
- Any risk of loss, theft, or damage to the materials during this period shall be borne solely by the Customer
5.7 Rights Reserved
The above provisions are without prejudice to any other rights and remedies available to Interiorworkz.com under applicable law or this Agreement.
- WARRANTY
6.1 Limited Warranty – Covered Products
Interiorworkz.com provides a limited warranty on the products listed in Annexure C (I) (hereinafter referred to as “Covered Products”).
For the warranty period specified in Annexure C (I), Interiorworkz.com warrants that the Covered Products shall be:
- Free from manufacturing defects, and
- Free from defects in installation workmanship
This shall be referred to as the “Interiorworkz.com Product Warranty.
6.2 OEM Products Warranty
Certain items such as hardware, accessories, appliances, and fittings, listed in Annexure C (II), are sourced from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- These products shall be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty provided by the respective OEM.
- Interiorworkz.com does not provide any additional warranty on such items.
- The Customer shall be entitled to claim warranty directly from the respective OEM as per their terms and conditions.
6.3 Items Without Warranty
All other items, materials, or services used in the project, as listed in Annexure C (III), are provided on an “as-is” basis.
- No express or implied warranty shall be applicable to such items.
- These may include site-related works, civil modifications, or third-party materials not covered under standard warranty.
6.4 Service / Workmanship Warranty
Interiorworkz.com also provides a service warranty on installation and execution services listed in Annexure C (IV) (hereinafter referred to as “Covered Services”).
For the specified warranty period:
- The services shall be free from installation defects or workmanship issues
- Any valid defects reported within the warranty period shall be rectified by Interiorworkz.com
- EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY
The Interiorworkz.com Warranty shall not apply under the following conditions:
7.1 Improper Usage / Overloading
- If the Covered Products are not used for their intended purpose
- Overloading of modules such as magic corner units, tandem drawers, wardrobes, invisible beds, or storage systems
7.2 Minor Variations
- Only defects such as bends exceeding 3 mm will be considered for service
- Minor variations within acceptable industry tolerance shall not be treated as defects
7.3 Removal or Reinstallation
- If any installed product is removed, shifted, or reinstalled from its original location
- Unauthorized removal may cause damage to the product and surrounding areas
- In such cases:
- Warranty shall become void
- Interiorworkz.com shall not be liable for any resulting damage
- Delivery commitments, if affected, shall also stand void
7.4 Pest and Animal Damage
- Damage caused by termites, ants, wood borers, rodents, pets (dogs, cats, etc.) or any other pests
7.5 Transfer of Ownership
- If the Covered Products are resold or transferred (including sale of property), the warranty shall not be transferable
7.6 Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
- If the product is altered, repaired, or modified by any person or vendor not authorized by Interiorworkz.com
7.7 Normal Wear and Tear
- Regular wear and tear including:
- Scratches, dents, cuts, chip-offs, or breakage
- Damage due to impact or accidents
- Exposure to moisture beyond:
- 72 hours for BWP plywood
- 48 hours for HDF / BWR materials
7.8 Metal Components
- Rusting or corrosion of channels, hinges, or metallic fittings due to:
- Moisture, dampness
- Household chemicals or cleaning sprays
7.9 Water Leakage / Dampness
- Any damage due to:
- Water leakage, seepage, or plumbing issues
- Continuous or repeated dampness in walls, floors, or surroundings
7.10 Environmental Factors
- Changes in colour, texture, or finish such as:
- Fading, discoloration, grain variation
- Caused by:
- Sunlight exposure
- Heat, moisture, or environmental conditions
7.11 Chemical Exposure
- Damage caused due to use of:
- Harsh chemicals, solvents, thinners, turpentine, or strong cleaning agents
- Contact with sharp tools or abrasive materials
7.12 Negligence or Poor Maintenance
- Improper care, misuse, or lack of regular maintenance by the Customer
7.13 Force Majeure Events
- Damage caused due to events beyond control, including:
- Floods, earthquakes, lightning, pandemics, lockdowns
- Pollution, mould, mildew, or harsh weather conditions
- Stains from external substances such as oil, grease, dirt, or sprays
7.14 General Limitation
Interiorworkz.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Covered Products.
PROCEDURE FOR CLAIMING WARRANTY
In case Customer seeks to invoke Interiorworkz.com Product/Service Warranty, Customer shall, notify Interiorworkz.com in writing, identify the Covered Product and the defect observed, and including photographs and/or proofs.
- REMEDY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY
- Upon receiving a written warranty claim from the Customer, Interiorworkz.com shall arrange an inspection at the Customer’s Site through its authorized representative.
- Based on the inspection, Interiorworkz.com will determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
- If the claim is valid, Interiorworkz.com shall, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product/service, or
- Replace the defective product
- In case of replacement:
- The new product will be similar in design, function, and colour, subject to availability
- Exact match is not guaranteed
- Any replaced product shall continue under the original warranty period only. No new or extended warranty will be provided.
- The above remedies shall be the sole and exclusive solution available to the Customer for any warranty-related claims.
- DISCLAIMER
- Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, Interiorworkz.com disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or those arising from usage or dealings.
- Interiorworkz.com shall not be liable for any issues, risks, or conditions related to home interiors as outlined in Annexure B (Information for Customer’s Notice), and the Customer acknowledges and accepts the same.
- CANCELLATION POLICY / TERMINATION
10.1 Cancellation by Customer
The Customer may cancel the order only in accordance with the agreed Cancellation Policy accepted at the time of Quotation approval. Any applicable refund shall be processed strictly as per the terms of such policy.
10.1.1 Post-Confirmation / Post-Payment Cancellation
- Once the order is confirmed and execution has commenced, the Customer shall not cancel, modify, or reduce the scope of work, especially after payment of the Final Instalment.
- In the event the Customer chooses to discontinue the project:
- The Customer shall be liable to pay the entire amount as per the Quotation
- Interiorworkz.com shall not be liable to refund any amount already paid
- The Customer acknowledges that such charges represent a reasonable estimate of losses incurred by Interiorworkz.com towards procurement, production, and execution.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
11.1 Interiorworkz.com owns all worldwide rights in the intellectual property developed under this Agreement including but not limited to the designs, developments, creations, ideas, drawings, quotations, images, and presentation material. This Agreement does not, in any manner, assign or transfer or grants any license to use such intellectual property to Customer or any party claiming through Customer, Customer’s assignee or any associated third party. In no event can Customer or any other third-party use Interiorworkz.com intellectual property without seeking its prior written approval.
11.2 In the event of an infringement of Interiorworkz.com intellectual property rights by Customer (or any party claiming through Customer, Customers assignee or any associated third party), in addition to all other legal rights and remedies available to Interiorworkz.com under applicable civil and criminal laws, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief against the infringing party, Interiorworkz.com may terminate this Agreement forthwith, without being liable to refund any amounts already received from Customer.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 IN NO EVENT WILL INTERIORWORKZ.COM OR ITS AFFILIATES, VENDORS OR SUBCONTRACTORS BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, HOWSOEVER ARISING, WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES.
12.2 INTERIORWORKZ.COM MAXIMUM LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIM OR ACTION ARISING UNDER OR PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT (UNDER ANY THEORY OF LEGAL LIABILITY) SHALL BE LIMITED TO AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE ACTUALLY PAID BY CUSTOMER TO INTERIORWORKZ.COM FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCTS / SERVICES WHICH GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
- MISCELLANEOUS
13.1 Force Majeure
Interiorworkz.com shall not be considered in default or liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, lockdowns, machinery breakdowns, shortage or non-availability of raw materials, wars, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, or government restrictions.
Interiorworkz.com shall inform the Customer of such events at the earliest possible time and shall make reasonable efforts to resume and complete the work.
If such conditions continue for a period exceeding 25 (twenty-five) days, both Parties shall mutually discuss and decide on the revised timeline or next course of action.
13.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
13.3 Responsibility
Both Parties agree to ensure that their contact details are active and accessible.
Interiorworkz.com shall not be responsible for any delay or miscommunication due to incorrect or inactive contact details provided by the Customer.
- NOTICES
14.1 Mode of Communication
All communications under this Agreement shall be made through:
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp messages
- Email communication
The contact details provided in the Customer Order Form (COF) / Quotation shall be considered as the official communication details.
14.2 Validity of Communication
- Any communication shared via WhatsApp or Email shall be considered valid and binding once acknowledged or responded to by the receiving Party.
- Important updates, approvals, and confirmations shared through phone calls may be followed up with a WhatsApp or Email message for record purposes.
15.Site Liability and Indemnity
15.1 Lien on Materials
Interiorworkz.com shall have a lien over all goods, materials, and installations at the Site until full and final payment is received. The Customer shall not remove, use, or interfere with such materials until payment completion
15.2 Site Liability and Indemnity
The Customer shall be solely responsible for:
- Structural safety of the premises
- Existing civil, electrical, and plumbing conditions
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Interiorworkz.com from:
- Any injury, accident, or damage occurring at the Site
- Any third-party claims including those from builders, associations, or neighbours
15.3 Third-Party Work Disclaimer
Interiorworkz.com shall not be responsible for:
- Work executed by third-party vendors engaged by the Customer
- Any defects, delays, or damages arising due to integration with such third-party work
15.4 Measurement and Variation
All measurements are subject to final site verification. Any variation in actual site conditions may result in:
- Design modifications
- Cost revisions
- Timeline extensions
Such revisions shall be binding on the Customer.
SEVERABILITY
If any portion of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Agreement, which shall continue with full force and effect. In such an event, Parties shall negotiate in good faith and substitute valid and enforceable provisions, which most nearly fit the Parties’ intent in entering into this Agreement.
WAIVER
Failure by either Party to require performance of any provision of this Agreement by the other Party shall not affect such Party’s right to seek full performance thereof. Waiver of a breach of any provision hereof shall not constitute a waiver of a similar breach in the future or of any other breach. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and duly communicated in accordance with Clause 9.3 hereof (invoices).
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement (including its Annexures) and the COF/ Quotation constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to Customers engagement of Interiorworkz.com, and shall supersede all other communication exchanged between them, oral or written, including by way of emails, discussions, brochures or estimates.
AMENDMENTS
Any changes to a COF/ Quotation or the terms of this Agreement (including its Annexures) will be valid and binding only if executed in writing by both Parties hereto.
PRECEDENCE
The COF shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement (including its Annexures) and in case of any discrepancy between a COF/ Quotation and the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail. In case of any discrepancy between the foregoing clauses of this Agreement and its Annexures, the clauses shall prevail.
ONLINE EXECUTION
This Agreement may be executed online by the Customer & Interiorworkz.com, once the agreement is executed by both the parties online, the executed document shall be deemed an original and final agreement, and an executable instrument under the eyes of applicable law(s).
VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT
Customer acknowledges that s/he has read and fully understood this Agreement (including its Annexures) and that s/he has been given the opportunity to ask questions with respect to the subject matter hereof and consult legal counsel if s/he chooses to. No promises or representations have been made to Customer to induce Customer to sign this Agreement. Customer is signing this Agreement voluntarily and freely.
- PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY
16.1 The Customer explicitly grants authorization to Interiorworkz.com for the collection, storage, retention, processing, and utilization of personal data, including contact information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. The Company shall use the personal data of the Customer only for the legitimate use to provide the product and services to the Customer.
16.2 The Customer authorizes the Company to contact them through various channels such as phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. It is understood that such communication will exclusively pertain to the products or services provided, and the confidentiality of personal data, including contact information will be maintained. Interiorworkz.com retains the right to photograph and publish the completed work.
16.3 Furthermore, the Customer allows the Company to share personal data, including contact information, with the vendors, franchisees and third-party suppliers, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16.4 For a comprehensive understanding of our data handling practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.Interiorworkz.com/privacypolicy. We strongly recommend that the Customer reads the Privacy Policy to ensure awareness of the terms and conditions.
16.5The customer confirms that they have read and agreed that all the terms of the works contract are accurate to the best of theirknowledge and align with their requests.
17. ARBITRATION
17.1 Amicable Settlement
• In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including interpretation, performance, breach, termination, or validity), the Parties shall first attempt to resolve the same amicably.
• Such resolution shall be attempted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of written notice of the dispute.
17.2 Reference to Arbitration
• If the dispute is not resolved within the above period, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
17.3 Appointment of Arbitrator
• The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both Parties.
• If the Parties fail to appoint the arbitrator, either Party may approach the competent court for appointment.
17.4 Seat and Venue
• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
• The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
17.5 Binding Nature of Award
• The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both Parties.
• The award shall be enforceable in accordance with applicable law.
17.6 Interim Relief
• Either Party may seek interim or injunctive relief from the competent courts at Chennai before or during arbitration proceedings.
17.7 Costs of Arbitration
• The costs of arbitration shall be determined by the arbitrator.
• Such costs shall be borne as directed in the arbitral award.

₹5,000 applicable up to the 2nd floor (no lift); ₹1,000 per floor above the 2nd floor; no charge if a service lift is available and accessible. |

10 |
Safety of Valuables |
The Customer must ensure that no valuables are left at the site. Interiorworkz.com shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to valuables. |

Power Supply |
Continuous power supply must be ensured at the site. The Customer is responsible for arranging backup power if required. |

NFORMATION FOR CUSTOMER’S NOTICE

Countertop Material |
• Quartz is stain resistant material and not stain proof. • Granite supply thickness varies between 16-18MM.
• The ideal countertop slope would either be towards the sink, or a ‘dead slope’ (no slope – water stays where it drops, giving Customer time to mop it up). • There is no guarantee of backsplash matching the granite in case the countertop is already installed by you/builder.
• Countertops are susceptible to chipping or cracking. The factors may include bumping, setting heavy objects, dropping of heavy materials, sitting or standing on the countertop, etc. There can be a minor shade variation to that of a showroom sample due to batch difference. |

False Ceiling |
• There can be undulation of ± 3MM in the false ceiling if there is an unevenness in true Floor to ceiling level. • There will be visible paper layer undulation of 2MM-3MM in the gypsum false ceiling under indirect lighting. • Interiorworkz.com uses Gyproc Board and commercial/Xpert or equivalent make channels. • The maximum false drop from the ceiling can be of <= 250MM.
• There can be visible cracks to gypsum at the joining end of two different sets of material due to high vibration or natural contraction/Expansion of material. • The false ceiling may vary from design to actual in case the room dimensions are not at right angles. In the case of a POP ceiling there will be an increase in drying time. 45 day will not be applicable on POP False Ceiling. |

Civil Works & Demolition |
• Customer will be required to pay 100% payment in advance if the scope contains only civil and demolition works. • Interiorworkz.com does not seek any approval from society/local authority for demolition and will execute only through client discretion. • The size of brick is as per the nearest market available size and may vary from city to city with deviation of ± 20-25MM. • The default tile installation is considered as paper joint unless specified otherwise on drawing.
• Interiorworkz.com takes utmost care to demolish existing fixtures at Customer’s Site. However, it cannot guarantee that there will be no damage to adjoining fixtures. In case of any damage, the cost will be borne by Customer. • The below list covers possible damages during the demolition job. The list is not exhaustive but covers most frequently encountered problems at the Customer’s Site. 1. Damage to adjoining wall tile during demolition of countertop. 2. Damage to concealed pipes/conduits for electrical wiring and plumbing/water supply during wall/ceiling demolition. Unevenness in floor level after an existing wall has been knocked down. |

Electrical Works |
• The creation and shifting of electrical points is done by tracing the wall and refilling by POP material. In case the wall type is RCC, the work is done by using casing putty, which is visible on the wall. • The electrical services scope undertaken by Interiorworkz.com does not include any external fitting such as switch socket. |

Deep Cleaning |
• Deep cleaning scope only covers the interior part of the house and does not cover areas inaccessible and unsafe places. Open terrace and stairs will not be included under regular packages and custom quotes need to be created.
• Deep cleaning scope includes access to wardrobes, shelves and other storage units in the house. Please ensure all valuables are secured before the start of deep cleaning work. Interiorworkz.com will not be responsible for loss/theft of any personal belongings. • Interiorworkz.com will not move/shift heavy objects such as electronics goods, cabinets etc. |

Wallpaper Works |
• Hairline joints will be visible between 2 wallpaper rolls if viewed from close. This is an acceptable quality standard of workmanship. |

• There can be batch differences for the same wallpaper shade if ordered at different time intervals. • Ladder/Scaffolding to be arranged by the customer if the height of the wall where wallpaper needs to be installed is greater than 12 feet. |

Appliances |
• Interiorworkz.com will not be able to make changes to the appliance order after the Third Instalment. • Appliances if damaged during transit will be replaced in 7-10 working days. |

SCRATCH / DENT / MARK |
• Scratches/dents/marks will generally be invisible from a 1-meter viewing distance. Visibility at a lesser distance is considered to be a part of the manufacturing process and cannot be avoided. • This is applicable to all Panels, Frames, Glass, Hardware and Accessories. |
|
Shutter Bend / Material Behaviour |
• Bend is a natural process which occurs due to weather conditions, moisture levels in the atmosphere and usage. As an industry practice, Interiorworkz.com permits a tolerance of 3mm for shutter bend. Any bend that is more than 3mm will be corrected by either adjustment of hinges, using magnetic catchers, dismantling of shutters and/or fixing of straighteners at the back of the shutter (at Customer Customer’s Site or taking it back to factory). • Correction will be done as per following scenarios: • If the Bend <=3 mm., no action needed there will not be any functional issue in the product. • If the Bend > 3 mm., then following steps will be taken to correct the same.
STEP 1: Adjust hinges to see if bend can be brought to within the tolerance limit of 3 mm. If deemed necessary, fix magnetic catchers to tighten the ends.
STEP 2: If STEP 1 does not bring the bend within 3 mm., then remove shutter and bring it to the factory to correct the bend. STEP 3: If necessary, apply straighteners at the backside of the shutter to correct the bend. |

In case of any installation defect in any of the following Product(s), within the specified warranty periods following handover date, Interiorworkz.com shall repair, at its discretion, the said Products, with respect to underlined service issues and exceptions.
Note: The warranty period, as mentioned hereunder, shall be upto a period of one (1) year from the date of handover. Forthe first six (6) months of the warranty period, Interiorworkz.com shall provide 100% warranty on the same, as mentioned, while for the remaining six (6) months, Interiorworkz.com shall be liable for 75% of the warranty cost, and the remaining 25% of the warranty cost should be bornebythecustomer.

DELIVERY TIME GUARANTEE (ESTIMATED TIMELINE COMMITMENT)
The project shall fall under Estimated Timeline Commitment category, wherein the Company shall provide a tentative timeline for completion of the project, from the All Set Go* (defined in the Works Contract) in the following cases:
- Scope-Based Conditions
- If the project includes non-standard electrical work or civil/renovation activities.
b. If the woodwork value is equal to or exceeds ₹15,00,000.
c. If products are sourced from third-party brands such as:
i. Loose furniture and mattresses
ii. Wall art
iii. Home automation systems
d. If there is dependency on OEMs for replacements or corrections, including:
i. Hardware or appliance defects
ii. Scratches or damages post-installation
iii. Colour or shade variations in finishes
- Customer Dependency Conditions
- If certain works are under Customer or builder scope, such as:
i. Granite supply or installation
ii. Hob and chimney supply/installation
iii. Electrical point shifting
b. If Customer requests design changes or additional requirements after All-Set-Go.
c. If there are any modifications in scope during execution.
d. If Customer’s Site is not ready as per Annexure A, including:
i. Incomplete possession of site
ii. Restricted working hours
iii. Parallel work by third-party vendors
iv. Ongoing builder work (civil, painting, etc.)
v. Customer residing at the site during execution
vi. Lack of power supply, lift access, or approvals
- If an event of force majeure event occurs, including but not limited to COVID-19 related lockdowns or restrictions imposed by the government, affecting the movement of men and materials at any of Interiorworkz.com (or any of its suppliers’ / vendors’) facilities or at the Customer’s Site,or restrictions on movement imposed by the apartment owners’ association / management agency at the Customer’s Site.
